It’s been a while! I was away on a fellowship in Germany for part of April and all of May. While there, I gave a few talks in some far-flung locations. And over the past several weeks, a few more exciting things have happened: I published “Instrumental City: The View from Hudson Yards, Circa 2019” in Places; was interviewed about libraries for Information Professional, a Dutch magazine (here it is in Dutch); won a generous Innovations in Education Fund grant from The New School to develop a Spring 2017 studio on “Urban Intelligence”; served as a juror for the METRO Library Fellowship; and secured a book contract (not yet signed, but it’s on it’s way!) for Ether/Ore: Archaeologies of Cities and Media from the University of Minnesota Press.

And there may be more big news soon…
